This land is your land
This is not my land

Or, in Spanish, Colon. (think colony)
The doctrine of the discovery. It favors the ones who wrote the doctrine down on paper, and doubtless the indians have something written down on paper that favors their claim to the title of the land. The doctrine favors one religion, ours, naturally, since Christians can be trusted not to violate the Bill of Rights. But this doctrine does conflict with provisions in the First Amendment.
We need to be giving a lot of land back, pronto.

  1. It raises the question of the legal status of a "doctrine". Are doctrines infallible, possibly?
